CSR Policy

We strive for both corporate sustainability and fulfillment of corporate social responsibility. Our CSR policy reflects our compliance with the law, protection of employee rights, contributions to society, and the sharing of our business results with stakeholders.

At CSR, we maintain sound corporate governance through regulatory compliance, a code of ethics, and anti-corruption. We strive to benefit all stakeholders through sustainability. Strong emphasis is placed on employee and social engagement. Social engagement and support is implemented from the inside out to fulfill our responsibility as a corporate citizen. Environmental protection, energy conservation and carbon reduction are promoted to reduce negative impacts on the environment and resources during business processes. We also comply with the management trend towards the non-use of restricted substances.


Code of Ethics

The Company is expected to adhere to the highest ethical standards in order to fulfill our social responsibility and succeed in the market. These include:

A. Business Integrity

The highest standards of integrity should be maintained in all business interactions. A zero-tolerance policy should be adopted by all participants towards all forms of bribery, corruption, extortion or embezzlement of company funds. All business transactions should be transparent and accurately recorded in the accounts and business records. Monitoring and compulsory enforcement procedures should be implemented to ensure compliance with anti-corruption laws.

B. Prevent conflicts of interest

Suppliers should avoid all potential conflicts of interest in their business transactions with the Company. The boundaries of ordinary business transactions should be strictly respected. Suppliers should report any potential conflicts of interest they discover to the Company for further investigation. Disciplinary action will be taken by the Company if a complaint of illegal conduct is substantiated. The details of the whistle blowing company or person will also be protected and kept confidential.

C. Responsible mineral sourcing

CLC fully supports the boycott of conflict minerals. The sourcing of all Gold Tantalum, Tin and Tungsten contained in CLC products will not directly or indirectly, Conflict Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas, Armed Groups Serious Human Rights Violations.

The Company also engages in due diligence on the sources and supply chains of these minerals in our supplier management. To reasonably assure that they are sourced in a way consistent with the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) or an equivalent and recognized due diligence framework. Suppliers are required to ensure that all Gold Tantalum, Tin and Tungsten in the raw materials they supply to CLC must come from smelters that supply non-conflict minerals certified by authoritative industry organizations (e.g. the Conflict-Free Smelter Program set up by members of the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA)).


Social Engagement 

CLC has always embraced the philosophy of “giving back to society.” We value employee relations and social engagement, sponsor charitable initiatives and engage with disadvantaged groups. Social engagement and support is implemented from the inside out in order to do our part for society and encourage employees to actively give back to society as well.
